改性聚丙烯纤维在外墙外保温抹面砂浆中的应用 焦红娟 刘丽君 史小兴 （北京中纺纤建科技有限公司，北京 100025） 摘要：本文研究了凯泰牌（CTA）改性聚丙烯纤维对干混砂浆强度、抗裂性、抗渗性、抗水份蒸发性能的影响，并分析了纤维在阻裂、增韧方面的作用机理。研究结果表明当纤维体积掺量为0.1％时，砂浆的抗裂性能可提高75.7％，纤维的加入可明显改善砂浆的抗渗性能并可减小砂浆中水份蒸发速度。 关键词：干混砂浆 聚丙烯纤维 抗裂性 体积掺量 Abstract: This article studies the influence of CTA modified pp fibers on dry-mixed mortar’s performance of strength, crack resistance,impermeabitily and anti-evaporating. And analyzing anti-cracking and toughness mechanism of fibers in mortar. The results indicate when fibers content is about 0.1%, mortar crack resistance increase by 75.7％.
